When can I expect to recieve my Logo Toll Tag EZ Pass Holder?
You should recieve your Logo Toll Tag EZ Pass holder within 5 - 7 business days. Most often it is sooner than that. We try our best to get the order out of the warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed.

What is Logo Toll Tag's Return Policy?
Get a Return Authorization Number, RAN, by e-mailing us within two weeks of receiving your Logo Toll Tag EZ Pass holder at info@logotolltags.com and explain why you want a refund or an exchange. Then within a week of receiving your RAN, send back the original Logo Toll Tag EZ Pass holder to Webgistix at 250 Homer Street, Olean, N.Y. 14760. Make sure that your Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of your return package. In the case of an exchange you will be charged only $4.85 for shipping and handling. In the case of a refund you will be refunded the price of the transponder holder less a handling fee of $3.75. We recommend that you use a tracking service when you ship back to us. Please mark Logo Toll Tags on the outside of the package. All requests for exchanges due to damaged goods must be requested by email within three days of the arrival of the damaged Logo Toll Tag Cover to your address.

Can I cancel an order I just Placed?
We pride ourselves about getting the product out the door to our customer as quickly as possible. We usually ship within an hour of an order being placed often in less than that. Our fulfillment house really moves. This makes it difficult to cancel an order once the credit card information has been passed along. If an error has been made and you would like to cancel an order please contact us immediately at info@logotolltags.com and we will give it our best efforts but no promises. Some credit cards will give you 15 minutes to cancel before they pass the information on to us of the approval.
